Delivery Options
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. Unfortunately this may not be possible during busy periods, if we anticipate a significant delay before we can despatch your order we will contact you via e-mail.
Our delivery charges include all packaging, handling and postage costs. The cost of delivery will be displayed in your Basket, so you can be sure of the total cost before placing your order.
The following delivery options are available:
Standard Delivery - £1.00 (free on orders over £50)
International Delivery* - £7.50
* International Delivery uses Airsure or Royal mail International Signed for service and is subject to the delivery terms of the courier. A signature will be required for all International deliveries and Standard deliveries over £20.
We accept international orders as well as those for UK residents.
We aim to use environmentally friendly packaging. Where possible our postal boxes are made from 100% recycled material and are recyclable and our loose-fill chips are made from renewable resources and are compostable.
Cancellation and Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and offer a 10 day returns policy, starting from the day that you receive your goods. Simply return the product to us in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact and we will provide a refund.
We regret that we are unable to provide a refund for any products that have been opened or if any seals have been broken.
If a product is incorrect or faulty we will be happy to send out a replacement or provide a full refund.
Please contact us before returning any products so that we can explain our returns procedure and provide a reference number to ensure your return is handled as efficiently as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order before we have despatched it please reply to your acknowledgment e-mail explaining that you would like to cancel the order. Alternatively, log in to the My Account section of the website, select 'View Orders' and then click the 'Cancel Order' icon.
