When you place an order with us you will be asked for your contact/delivery details, these will be stored on a secure database.

To process your credit/debit card we use the WorldPay or PayPal payment processing systems, both of which comply with the strictest security standards. You enter your card details directly into the WorldPay or PayPal systems, we do not receive or store your card details on the Pens, Pencils & Refills website.
